Raised in the Red

Join us for a Flash Foxy panel discussion about what makes a home crag home! Most of the outdoor climbing spaces we recreate in are located in rural communities where we don’t actually live. Our panelists will share insights about what it means to call something your home crag or be a "local," how occupying space in rural communities can differ whether you're local vs a visitor, and how we can be better stewards to these areas and its community. This panel will be moderated by Cat Runner (he/him), Flash Foxy Mini Fest Coordinator and Red River Gorge “local.”
Panelists: Grey Curnutte (they/he), Briana Mazzolini-Blanchard (she/her), Tara deCamp (she/her), and Genevive Walker (she/her)
