ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Flash Foxy's FREE Outdoor Top Rope Climbing course is part of the Flash Foxy Affinity SPI Exam in partnership with examiner Sean Taft-Morales (they/them) and Sportrock Climbing Guides. This course will be led by prospective AMGA Single Pitch Instructors as part of their examination. Prospective Instructors will be supervised by a certified guide and examiner (Sean Taft-Morales).

This course is great for everyone from first-timers to experienced indoor climbers. Top roping is one of the most accessible forms of climbing, and this course will give you all the tools you need to get started or build on the knowledge you already have. We’ll cover basic outdoors skills, technical systems, and provide tips and tricks to help you have the best outdoor climbing experience possible.

CLIMBER REQUIREMENTS:

None! Beginners welcome!
